Converting
Our corrugated sheets are sent from our corrugators (AKA, combiner) to the converting machines that print, score, slot, die cut, glue, fold, and stack. With five modern converting facilities, we can provide our customers with continuity of craftsmanship while meeting their expectations, deadlines, and our high quality standards.
Because we consistently inspect and use better paper, balanced liners, and better flute profiles, we are unmatched by any other corrugated packaging manufacturer in Arizona. Why? ACC is not married to one paper mill.
Our flat sheets can be supplied in plain Kraft, coated, or white. The top liners are made from recycled virgin paper purchased from our global supply chain. Laboratory tests results meet or exceed competitors’ products.

- Invest in data management and automated production monitoring
- Offer laser-made printing and cutting dies to a thirty-second of an inch registration and print quality
- Fingerprint all presses to determine print compatibility
- Maintain print consistency, crucial to brand integrity
- Print with no crush flutes using vacuum transfer and computerized caliper settings
- Offer digital or flexo (water-based) printing
- Provide expert trapping, screening, and plate proofing
- Offer litho laminating with offset printing sheets
- Maintain two specialty gluers for trays, auto lock bottoms, snap locks, and more styles
- Use soy or water-based GCMI and PMS flexo inks mixed in-house, in our ink kitchens
